Put the twitter button in your site or put the button in here at groups. Any site you can get mention to follow or you your blog link so people can follow you.
I have been using Twitter for about a month seriously to generate traffic to my blog. I have seen an influx of visitors coming from Twitter since I started. One way to do it is to set up your blog to automatically Twitter an update each time you make a post. This will get the word out you have something new out there to read. The tweet it will send will be the title of the post and the link. Instructions to set it up through feedburner can be found here http://www.ehow.com/how_5926690_schedule-updates-twitter-through-fe... I have found this method to work the best for me. Another method is to search for people through the search box on Twitter that are talking about the same topic as your post and then tweet directly to them about your post. Check out this blog post I made about it http://mommysmoneycents.blogspot.com/2010/01/how-to-get-traffic-to-...
