OUR DAILY PINS

Advertisements

Over the last week, I have been in awe of the information in the media about the quality of our drinking water.  I have searched numerous resources on and off-line to come to the conclusion that we should be mindful of what we and our families eat and drink.  Why?  you might ask.

So many American families are suffering from SAD (standard American diet).  We have ailments, breathing problems, and sicknesses.  From research, so much of this could have been avoided with the proper education on our DIET (what we allow ourselves to ingest).

Some of my sources are:

Book    "Alkalize or Die"

Websites: www.thedoctorwithin.com

www.creationwater.com

www.youtube.com  (seach 'dream tree demonstrations' or 'alkaline water')

The question is what are we going to do about one of our most valuable resources:  our health?
