Blog hops are fun. They are essentially a list and you can put your blog on the list. People can "hop" around and see how you contributed and you can find great blogs too.

I host one on my blog each week called Wordless Wednesday where people can link up their picture. A fun way to do a simple post and find other ones to link up with. I link mine to another site too and it is listed on the bottom of the post. I also like to participate in another one and I link up at the bottom where it comes from.

Once you are comfortable with blog hops you can even host your own! :)

Right now quite a few are rounding up recipes or crafts for Halloween. There can be a theme or not at all. Some host them weekly and if you type "blog hop" in your favorite search engine you should find quite a few to choose from.
