I have belonged to most of those sites.
Some I like better than others. They have to be easy to use and navigate through to keep me coming back.
I have a Flickr but I don't promote it as much because for me the image theft just isn't worth it. Everytime I promote my flickr page I end up notifing a bunch of people to tell them they are violating the law and if they don't stop I'll invoice them, it just gets to be way to much of a hassle.
I get more visitors from Entrecard than anywhere else. However, you do have to spend time dropping on other blogs.

http://www.cafemom.com/ has been good for me. It is a huge mom site, not many bloggers. I joined many groups that would have members that would be interested in my blog.
Digg, Reddit and Stumbleupon can also be helpful.
