It really depends on your objective but I like buy.com, barnes and noble, I did use Amazon until they pulled out of IL and it was my best money maker. I do like Pepper Jam Network and Share a Sale too.

I am currently using Amazon, Clickbank, and Share-a-sale. I haven't found many companies on share a sale yet to market their items. Hopefully as I grow my site then I will attract other companies.

UsMomsToday.com does the best with google's adsense but I am new to infolinks and really liking it so far!

I do a weekly post called Bloggertunities - where I share new product opps, networks I love, affiliates that work great with me, etc. You can see the most recent one here: http://sunshineandsippycups.com/2012/10/bloggertunities-blogging-ti... - and at the bottom, you can click to see past editions too. It comes out every Wednesday.
Lots of people leave comments there too, with their own favorite affiliates, companies to join, and more. It might be really helpful for you :)
