What Thermostat Temperature Setting Should I Use in the Summer?

Would Your Blog Be Different If You Knew You Had Thousand's Of Daily Readers?

If you were told today that you had thousands of readers daily, how would you react?  Would you start second-guessing your words?  Would you start becoming so aware of the crowd that you would freeze up?  Or, would you feel power in those numbers and start writing what you've always felt?  Get a new blog layout?  Buy your domain name?

Or...

Would you not change a thing?

I wouldn't change a thing. If I have thousands of readers then obviously I am already doing it right.
I agree with Nolie; if that many people were making a point to read my blog, then I'm providing what they want.
I agree. Lots of readers means they like what you are doing. I tend to actually read less when a blog gets "too big" and stops being true to who and what it was. I probably would just change my password more often, but that's it ;)
LOL not really. I blog infrequently 'cause I don't have much of a life. But when I do blog my posts (i'm told) are rather good. I just wish more people saw and commented on my blog. But I wouldn't' do much different if I did. They'd just have to deal with it ;)
I agree also with Nolie. If you get 1000s of readers you are obviously doing something right. Plus I think everything you mentioned should be done early on in your blog. I know before I even did my first post I worked hard to set up it so once I did get followers I did not have to make any major changes.

I agree with the discussion, if I had thousands of adoring fans...I must have done something right. Before I start a blog I ask myself a few questions.

#1. Would my husband be embarrassed by reading my blog?
#2. Would my mother & grandmother be ashamed to read my blog?
#3. If I ever ran for President, would my blog come back to haunt me?

If I answer no to all of these questions, then I am good to go.
Nope! I write what I feel at the time. I write to inform and share information with my fellow "girly-girls". However, that many followers would definitely be a great thing!

I think I would feel more pressure. But good pressure.. like when the kids need something!
I would not change anything if my numbers increased. I am striving every day to get huge numbers. I have a Real Mommies Real Challenges spotlight every Wednesday. Yesterday I spotlighted Donna a little person. I also do International and State moms twice a month. I have taken these wonderful ladies from the Mom Bloggers Club. The only thing I would change is a new blog layout, make my blog look spiffier.

I love meeting all of these women!! I am learning every mom has a story.

I would probably be inspired to push myself to write better, and write more. In fact, maybe I'll just PRETEND that I have thousands of readers! :)
