I am now working on a "year in review" post about 2011 and am amazed at the emotional roller coaster we've been on! We started the year on a low - I was sick and tired of living on my bike and didn't want to set up my tent and spread out my sleeping bag any more. I was really, really tired of our journey and ready to be in Tierra del Fuego!

In March, we reached the end of the world and I was flying. AFter pedaling for three years to get there, we made it!!! We did it!!!!

Then we came back to the USA and I felt like my brain was in a blender. After so long on the road, it was so confusing to be "home"

It's been a wild year for sure!
