Baby Showers: The Next Big Thing

Like so many modern celebrations, Baby Showers have arrived in the UK from North America. It’s a real tradition over there and, like High School Proms, Halloween and Black Friday, one of those exciting social events that is catching on big time over here.

The idea is simple but universally appealing. Throw a party for the pregnant mother and her…

Monetizing Your Mom Blog is Easier Than Ever With Media.net

As a new generation of influencers crop up on the net and veteran bloggers continue to idealize the way for interacting with brands and getting paid, companies the world over are vying for the attention of both. OUR DAILY PINS

I posted my top ten posts on both of my blogs. There is definitely overlap between the ones I enjoy writing and the ones that get comments. My problem is the comments! I don't know if it is my niche (most people read deals and move on), the fact that I post so many times, or something else, but I do not get many comments. I've tried the asking questions and commenting on other blogs, but I just do not get much comment action.

I do get traffic (20K per month on Little People Wealth and about 4K per month on Budget a Wedding) and I get emails from readers and clicks through my newsletter/facebook/twitter. So, quite a few reads, but no comments.

Any suggestions?

I'm finding similar difficulties (getting reader comments). I know the reads are there, too, but even when I saturated myself into other people's blogs and commented EVERYWHERE my comments were still far and few in-between.
It is frustrating isn't it!
I am experiencing the same thing. Since my blog is fairly new. I am just trying to figure out what to post and how often. But I also ask questions on some topics and may get 1 or 2 responses. I need to watch some of the other established blogs and figure out how they receive so many comments.
My blog has the same issues you are talking about! It may just be a "deal blog" thing, even though I write about more than just deals
only ones I get alot of comments on is giveaways obviously but like regular reviews, or articles or just blog posts or whatever I dont get alot I get a few here and there but would love to see more plus more traffic I blog daily maybe miss a day here or there but I try to always post something

mine are mostly related to food..which is not my main blog topic at all. family posts gets responses and lastly when i'm on topic about jewelry.

hmm really need to think about this some more.

Here are my favorite topics that get the most comments. It's always my content that gets people talking, not the deals!
