In Northern California (not too far from San Francisco), believe it or not- the rate ranges between $12 to $15 an hour for 2 kids! Even if they are asleep part of the time!

What do you guys pay your babysitters an hour? I have 4 boys as you all know, I am wondering if I am paying enough?? sometimes I just base it on how much they had to do, and if they had all my boys. I usually pay 5 dollars an hour maybe a tad more, what about you all out there?????????? let me know!!! thanks!! =)

I have a question. I have 2 boys, one of which is entering (god help me!) puberty. Do you moms know of any good, kids level sites that he & I can explore together to learn about this next step in his life?

Tell me about it!!!! I was not at all prepared to have any boys either!! I just figured I'd have some girls! NOT!! they are soooo dirty, noisey!! and loud and jumpers!! I was such a girly girl it's all very different to me. I still hold out hope for a girl someday!! it's all I can do to handle the 4 i have! they are soooooooo tireing!!!

Oh my gosh! I have one little guy (almost 5) and it is all I can do to keep up with him. I can't imagine the strength those of you with 4 or 5 must have! I was not AT ALL prepared for a boy. All of the gross little things they are attracted to, the climbing, the jumping, the dirt... And I was a tomboy! The real thing is so much more extreme. What an adventure!
