In Northern California (not too far from San Francisco), believe it or not- the rate ranges between $12 to $15 an hour for 2 kids! Even if they are asleep part of the time!

What do you guys pay your babysitters an hour? I have 4 boys as you all know, I am wondering if I am paying enough?? sometimes I just base it on how much they had to do, and if they had all my boys. I usually pay 5 dollars an hour maybe a tad more, what about you all out there?????????? let me know!!! thanks!! =)

I have a question. I have 2 boys, one of which is entering (god help me!) puberty. Do you moms know of any good, kids level sites that he & I can explore together to learn about this next step in his life?
