Naomi- thank you for the comment on Snapshots. That was a lucky shot! But since you were wondering- I hate to say... my cooking leaves much to be desired! LOL! My children have told me definitively that Grandma's cooking tastes better!

Hi Theo - My boyfriend and I are at a lovely B&B in Saugatuck, MI...it's so quaint (neither of us have our kids for 2 days)....naturally, I cannot resist getting online for a lil' bit :-)!

Okay, so the comment verification thingy on my site--its asking you to write the word "key" in the box. I know it is totally confusing. You are not the first one that has been confused. But my web guru dude is overwhelmed at the moment and I am afraid to hassle him right now to change it. Maybe in a couple weeks when things settle down for him, I can ask him to make it more comprehensible. Sorry for the confusion! I really love comments and don't want to miss any!

I just read the most phenomenal memoir titled, The Tender Bar by JR Moehringer. His words, analogies, descriptions and conversations made me weep. If only I could write like him!!!

Another story that I can completely relate to. I actually had my engagement ring stolen a while ago and as I was on the phone talking to somebody that said they had it I glanced over to see Brevitt, who was two at the time, swimming in the dry oatmeal that he had dumped on the floor for that purpose.

What is a mother to do???
