Hi ladies: I have a superb piece from writing from a guest blogger today (Mandy at Since My Divorce) called Learning to Trust My Gut: How Divorce Taught Many to Listen http://tiny.cc/6v1vq - please come by when you can to read it. I am off on vacation (to the Smokies) so I may be slow in commenting back - but I will, as always! Have a great week!

It's okay. I get really nervous with big crowds too. Makes me want to crawl inside my shell. Definitely something I'll have to work on before my future BlogHer debut. Yikes!

yeah, and escape from reality and...socializing.

Hehehehehe. Hey, with a swanky outfit like that, a girl's gotta dance, right??

Ahhhh, come on Naomi, you're making me blush and smile. I should have been socializing not dancing!

Hi Jillian!!! Great post on your site. I wish I had been able to go to BlogHer, but now I definitely feel more prepared if I can go in the future to this or any other social networking conference. Thanks for sharing with us and I love the sparkly photo of you at the end!! You are hot!! xoxoxoxox

@ Carrie--Oh and one more thing!! I just started blogging for this site SheKnows and it's got my stomach in a constant state of turmoil. I won't give you all the gritty details, but suffice to say, nervous is an understatement. But Meagan's advice is so great. Believe in yourself and what you care about! There are going to be plenty of people out there who will enjoy your writing because you are a great writer! (I just spent some time on your blog and it was fantastic and very well-written!) Good luck with your writing pursuits and keep us updated on your progress!!
