In all seriousness, I have the same fears and questions. I just sent off my first query letter and while I don't expect much it gave me a boost to make a dream a reality. So, here's to sending off more of them! :)

I started my blog as a test to see if I can write something every day. And now, it's become more than a test, it's become my space where I can say or do anything. I'm really loving it. I also love reading other mommy blogs. Gosh! We are definitely a creative lot! I am amazed every time i discover a great blog. Moms rule!! :)

i would also like to add that i struggle with wanting to post more often but if I have nothing of note to write i'll wait. I hope that in the readers I lose the others will come back when i post knowing it is worth a read...?
I would love information from women who have been published...sample query letters, what NOT to do, how to avoid wasting our time and theirs.

My goal for my blog was to retain my sanity, to be "me" again and to write about my life, my kids and my faith. I want my blog to represent me. I want my blog to be a personal look at the writer. Sad thing is this...there is no writer...LOL...my blog and a few columns and a book in the works is all the writing I do for now. lol. I never intended for my blog to be huge but huge is nice if it helps advance a real career. Yet, my blog is personal to me..so it's not just a starting point. Wait..I just broke the rule on rambling and being too long so i will stop.
