Good morning and welcome Obnoxious SAHM, Running Yogini and Richele,

Now that we have a nice, solid group of writers, let's begin to formulate some structure to our group.

What information would you like more of?
What are your goals for your blog?
What have been your struggles and your breakthroughs?

I'll leave you with some tips from Eric, my SEO guru who I have mentioned before;

1. The attention span of online readers is small, do not make your post too long. If you divide it up into separate posts you will have more content to publish.
2. Stop the rambling or you'll lose people. Be concise.
3. People love photos
4. Try to think Universally

One more thing, with 43 members we should all be receiving 43 comments on our posts. Remember to follow, follow, follow. Let's support each other.

Love ya, see ya, mean it (comes from my friends post) come by and read it http://http://www.isdisnormal.com/2009/12/07/thanking-friends-family/

Welcome Krissi, Irish, Victoria and Liz,

Glad to have you on board and look forward to reading your posts. Please remember to try and follow/subscribe to the other members websites.

Another tip for the day, don't forget to reply to comments made on your websites. The more you reply the more your readers will revisit.

I have lots of rejection letters. If I'd known that would prove I was a writer, I would have saved myself the pain! Yet, I trudge on. I guess I'm a literary cutter.

Hi everyone! I joined this group last night, because I am always looking for a good critique group. I'm not quite sure how one works over the internet, but I'd love to give it a try. I just finished up course work for the Institute of Children's Literature, and I'm not published yet, but I have a few rejection letters to prove that I'm a real writer. :) I have several blogs, one about the joys of parenting, and one aimed more toward my writing.

The writing one: http://victoriakimble.blogspot.com

Can't wait to interact with all of you!

Hi Rhonda - Congrats on your book! Really wonderful!! I am trying to use the link you gave us for My Journey to Publication but it's not working. Please re-send when you can. My book is about single moms (and how amazing they are) and I am in the midst of sending queries to agents....
Best,
Swati
