Say WOOF! to my special guests Miko and Daisy, proud owners of author, speaker, freelance writer and coach Suzanne Lieurance (talk about busy!).

Suzanne is the founder and director of the National Writing for Children Center. She has written hundreds of articles and also over 25 books! But that's not all! She's also host of the popular Book Bites for Kids, a radio show where she interviews children's authors.

My review of Shattered, by Kathi Baron

Shattered is the compelling story of a violin prodigy teenaged
girl who runs away from home after her father shatters her beloved
violin in front of her eyes.

Terri, your new blog sounds like something that would be helpful to many desperate or concerned parents.  Children with terminal illnesses are so in need of love and compassionate encouragement.

When my hip surgery is healed I would be happy to guest on your blog. Keep up the great work, mate.

My blog at is for parents and kids with chronic or terminal illness, those experiencing grief and loss, and those experiencing trials outside of normal childhood. My blog at is for those interested in writing, publishing, and purchasing books and products for kids. Guest posts are welcome on either blog as are suggestions and ideas. In 2011 I must evaluate and change to reach more readers so ideas from others would be inspirational for sure. Peryl, I will follow you and check out your articles too. Here is to a better 2011 for all of us interested in reaching more readers and becoming published.
