It's drag and drop....
the trick is to put the files in the right folders.
I usually make a backup of the site (the whole thing from the root folder) right before I start and if things go badly you just plop the old site back and start over.
It's a great free insurance policy.
Don't be surprised if it seems to take a long time.

I'll light a candle for you and shake some chicken bones around and sing!!!

Anyone in this group a FTP Guru? I am transitioning from Blogger to Wordpress and I'm using the Thesis Theme so I can customize everything to my liking but, transferring files is not one of my strong points. Any advice or tutorials on a tech site would be very much appreciated.

P.S. I've done all my design work myself and I'm ready to upload and transfer at this time.. I'll add plug ins after I'm moved over!

Upload it and make sure you know have the full path name of the image.

Help! I would like to replace one of my "advertise here" buttons with the name of a company that I'm working with and have it link to their site. However I have no clue how to do this? I did go into the html for the section and I'm pretty sure I could replace one if I knew the correct format.
