I have a few series of tutorials that I'm working on (just photo tutorials, not video tutorials) so I'm interested in this too.

I just found Craft Crave. If you go to Craftcrave.net, you can set up an account to list your tutorials. If you go to Craftcrave.com, you can enter your blog's feed to have the system "discover" your tutorials to list on that site. Don't know how well it works yet, but I thought I'd give it a shot! : )

I too love Cluck CLuck Sew.  I am hooked on the double hour glass quilts.  Check out my tutorial here for what to do with all of your leftover fabric strings.
