Hey everyone,

So I recently checked out The Creative Entrepreneur website by Lisa Sonora Beam and stumbled across the mini-journaling series. It's awesome ....so I started to create my own. They are tiny to they can be focused journals. Whether it's crafty projects or collaging or just random writing and doodling, I LOVE them.

Check out the one I made - www.creativenachos.com

Where do you keep your crafty thoughts so you don't lose great ideas when you are running after the kids?

Hope to hear from you!!

What a great idea ! Typically I just send myself an email with my random thoughts so that I can go back and reference later.... Hmmm, probably not the most effective way , maybe I should do one of those journals too. Thanks for sharing.

Yolie! I would do the SAME thing or I would text myself LOL! When I first read about these I was like - do I have time to make them, etc. You know, all those what ifs but the moment I did I became addicted. If you make one let me know I'd love to see it - they are addictive LOL! I'm off to check out your site now too - what fun!!
for all my kids crafts and ideas I keep them on note cards in a cute little box, and i have them seperated by crafts she could on her own to cooking crafts to big messers as i call them to outdoor crafts and then seansonal. and I add a picture to them or a drawing so she can just look at the picture and decide wat she wants to do and as i run out of supplies i have a shopping list i keep in the front and just write down what I need as we use it up..

for mine lots of journals with drawings clippings and doodles and a huge binder, mine are a mess!!! :)

Lindsey you are ridiculously awesome! Look at all the creativity you have in a cute little box!! How lucky she is ...and I can't even imagine you having messy journals you sound so organized! I love it - you've totally inspired me :)
That is a good idea! I usually email my self or put a memo in my phone. What I find online I book mark which has not been the best of methods I've found. Recently my mom had been in a book buying mode so I'm getting a lot of books. I'm going to try making one of those for the crafts the boys and I really like.
Hi! I'm new here...

I write down my ideas, usually in a notebook, or on a dry-erase board (forcing myself to make them more permanent later). Ideas I see on other blogs... I start out by bookmarking them (or putting a star on them in google reader), and then once or twice a week, I move them to a page on my blog called "inspirations":

When I get around to doing them, I blog about it, and remove them from the "inspirations" list. : )

In my head and on little slips of paper which I always lose. Oh how I need to get organized. Thanks for the ideas.
