Is Gambling a Man's Thing? We Dare to Disagree

To be a professional gambler, you need to be a man - at least this is what many media outlets and society as a whole are trying to tell us. Of course, men are seen as being risk-takers but this doesn't necessarily translate into them being the only gender to enjoy playing casino games. Stats show that as many women enjoy a few spins on a Royal Vegas slot machine than…

We have had so much fun with Mega Bloks - join the Family Club for coupons, creative play advice, and more

The Mega Bloks Lil' Builder Hat Bucket is, by far, the most fun Mega Bloks set we have had (and we have several). I have two daughters, ages 2 and 7, and both of them love it. My youngest especially likes the tools because they are things that she is always trying to play with in our home but they get taken away from her because "they're not toys." So I think she thinks she's getting away with something ;) Anyway, it's really great and I would recommend it to anyone - for boys or girls - and for any age-range. We've had it now for almost a month and my kids are still playing with it everyday. It is perfect for encouraging creative play!!

It's about $15 online and at stores like Target or Walmart, but If you sign up (for FREE) for the Mega Bloks Family Club you’ll get a $5 off $30 purchase coupon, plus other special offers and discounts, promotions and sweepstakes, an email newsletter, plus access to an educational and informative blog contributed to by a panel of mom bloggers. It's definitely worth joining!!
