My youngest can't get enough of paints and clay. Any kind of medium for pictures keeps her entertained for hours. This is the best time of year to get the big fat chalk sticks for the pavement.

Hi everyone!

I'm Jennifer and I blog at The Toy Box Years. I blog about my girls, my life as a military wife, crafts, books, and so much more. I have 2 daughters and a laundry room full of supplies!

Something new I'm trying with my girls is "The Play Jar". I took a goldfish bowl and put in slips of paper with different activities that we can do. It's all stuff that I already have supplies for. My current obsession is file folder games.

Looking forward to checking out some of your blogs!

Hi everyone! I'm Jill, and I blog at Clever Mamas and Life and Times of Jill. My personal blog is mostly craft / kids related. We haven't really got into creative - type ideas at Clever Mamas, although I might start to. I have a lot of craft supplies around, and I sort of let my two boys do what they want when the urge hits them, but we don't have a daily "craft time" because if they're not interested it just turns into "mess time". But I spend a fair bit of time creating quilts and sewing stuff, so they do tend to follow my lead.

My husband would say that my creativity has been my downfall since my two older girls now want to be performers! I'm a sewer, among other things and one thing my six year old and I enjoyed at the beginning of the school year was making a messenger bag. She's so over the backpack thing; this is first grade after all. We decorated it with red sequined trim and then she Bedazzled the flap. I also added large pockets with velcro closures so she wouldn't lose things. I'm looking for follower for my blog at So come on by and I"ll be glad to follow and friend you as well.

Hi everyone. I'm High On Craft and I have a blog and etsy shop. You can reach both through

I blog about the the things I make, things my daughter makes, things we make together. In my shop I sell the things I make. I love drawing, watercolour painting, stamping, sewing, "green" crafting and reading about what other people love to craft.

I hope that you will all stop by and visit.
