Anyone going to Blogher this year in Orlando?

I've never been but would love to go to this year's. It seems like an intense 3 days, but very helpful. Have you been?

Yes, we've been several times. It's intense, but a lot fun. Our biggest recommendation is if you decide to go, make sure you go with a friend or friends so you have people to hang out with instead of making new friends. It's a lot of pressure trying to find people to go to dinner with, join you at one of the blogger lunches, or even taking in the expo hall.

Let us know if you decide to go!

I'm planning on attending as well.  This will be my first conference!  Sounds like it will be a good experience.  Any other tips for newbies??

Thanks for the tips. I went to a Food and Wine Conference and discovered the same thing. A little less pressure if you have someone to go with or already know someone that will be there. Also helps to have someone to share all the fun memories and experiences with. Am trying to budget for BlogHer this year...hope to go. Will let you know if I can make it.

Go to as many panels as you can and network with other bloggers. Make sure you have busines cards to hand out wiith all of your blog information. Also, network with brands at the Expo hall. They are there because they want to meet new bloggers. That way you're able to create new relationships with brands you like.
