Hi Mahina, I started joining blog hops.

then I would go to the blogs in the party and follow them and ask for them to follow back.

When I started I actually started the "follow me" craze believe it or not. Lol. I created this group and it really helped!
There are so many new groups that I'm not sure how serious people are but if you can get serious bloggers that want followers too, you can build it simply with these kind of groups.
You can also host a contest and require followers to enter.
