4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream
1 Cup of white wine
1 small pkg of sliced almonds
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl combine soup, sour cream and wine whisk to combine. Spray a oblong glass baking dish with cooking spray and lay out chicken, pour sauce over top cover with Foil and bake for 45 mins. Remove from oven, remove foil and sprinkle with almonds return to over for 15 addition mins. Serve with white rice.
