Okay..I made sure the marquee code was good. It is. So, Heather...be sure to upload your image to an image hosting site like Flickr. That's what I use so my instructions may not make sense if you use something else. Once the photo is uploaded and saved, click on it and then click on "all sizes"....you will see a box with HTML that you use to post on a website.

The code I gave you...copy and paste it to your HTML/Javascript gadget...delete the sentence telling you to put your image here...and replace that with the HTML of your image.

That's it!

What do you mean? You are having trouble with the image by itself or the whole thing? Do you know how to attach an image to a link? The same code you use for a blog button is the same code you use to put where I bolded the text in my post.

Heather: http://underthegoldenappletree.blogspot.com/2010/02/want-to-make-sc...

There's the HTML to make a scroll box. For blogger, just go to your java/html widget and copy and paste!

Shelley...I was born in the 70s also. I remember a dress my mom put me in that had those colors...so that is what I thought of! lol. Bisque..that is what they are calling it now. lol.

Emmi: Good for you! Yep, reviewing things in your house is a good idea. Maybe it gave other companies the impression that Leap Frog wanted you to review their product so now they want you to. Hmmm...Maybe I'll review my car! LOL.

Heather: The scroll box took a bit for me to get done right...it's just HTML code. I can give it to you...I'll just post it on my blog.

Mimi: I spent 9 years of torture! 9 LONG years! LOL. Funny thing, I could never do it now. I can't even stand one day a month watching kids at church. People think I like kids...I do..but I don't like being the "adult in charge." lol.

Richele, just checked out your page. It's cute as usual. Um, the daycare thing, NO WAY!! I'd be terrible at it. hahahaha

Richelle.. How did you get the scrolling bar on your site? I love it by the way and your kids are adorable.

Richele: Found it! I can't believe I missed it. And those colors are similar to the colors in my house but I was born in the 70s...(closer to the 80s) LOL

Dude I wish I had a gig with LeapFrog! That was a toy I bought at Christmas. I'm just trying to review things around the house so that I can get more companies to send me stuff to review. I had a few ask if I had reviewed anything or wanted to see posts of reviews and I remember someone on MBC said just start reviewing things around your house. And it worked! I now have 5 companies that are sending me stuff. Not bad for a three week old blog!

Thanks Shelley and Emmi...I wasn't sure if the colors were too 70s or something...or like an almond stove...LOL...out of date...I just wanted fall colors.

Emmi: My google connect is near the top of the left hand sidebar. Oh and don't feel bad..I wasn't following you! I am now! I have been checking to make sure I didn't miss anyone and you were one that I missed. You must have joined during a time I was slammed with people to add the to the blogroll.

Love your review on the LeapFrog toy! You got a nice little gig with them, huh? l reviewed an online world thingy for them before but not a toy. I would have liked the toy more. The online world was nice but I kept getting kicked off, so we never use it anymore.
