Hi Tracy, ...please pardon if these are dumb questions, but I'm really trying to understand this. Doesn't RSS work the same way (gets read separately)...or does RSS send emails too? And if it does work the same way, can google friend connect replace RSS? With so many options it's a little confusing which are the ones you need to have without duplicating things.
Thanks for the help!

I am caught up! I can't speak for everyone, but I prefer not to have to subscribe via email or RSS right now because I get slammed with enough emails per day. google follow allows me to catch up with posts from blogs I follow at my own pace, and not have 2 billion emails.

Hi, I'm following everyone. Selena and Erica How can I follow you?
I'm going to be reading some of the blogs today.

BTW. Please become our friend on our main site also. We just added a google friend connect yesterday night. www.bluepixo.com

Olivia thanks for the link to the google friend connect plug-in... can you tell me how it works? (...wasn't 100% sure after reading it).
Right now folks follow us by either selecting "join our community" so they can get emails about new posts & chat in our forums...or they can click on one of the subscribe buttons - email or RSS - and follow us that way.
Does google friend connect replace one of those...(and does it let you know when someone you're following has a new post?)

...sorry to ask so many questions...I've only had my site a couple of months and I still find things a bit confusing with so many signup and joining options.
(btw - if I don't have google friend connect, does that mean I can't get followed)?

Thanks very much for the help!

Hey all out there - I have a question. What is the difference between following a blog and subscribing to it? I noticed on the sidebar here the Under 100 Followers Club - No Subscribers Please. Clue me in, someone?
