If any other mommas out there deal with a child who has to be sporadically hospitalized for a chronic illness- and you have other little ones at home, I'd love to hear from you. I want to put together a series of posts dealing with how people cope. Depending on how many respond I might have some guest blogs or links or just lists of coping methods with your suggestion/method attributed to you.

Hello Everyone! I am a mother of ten children ages 21-5. We have been homeschooling for the last 17 years. Two have graduated officially but like the rest of us are always learning! :-) I love connecting with other moms sharing the joys and trials of the journey! You can find my blog at: www.amomentwithmom.blogspot.com or on FB at: www.facebook.com/momentswithmom

Hello ladies! As I posted before I'm not quite homeschooling yet, my son just turned 1 on Sunday. But I am VERY interested in the idea, and look forward to it. I plan to keep him home until the 1st grade at which point I will probably enroll him in school. I'm looking for ideas on activities for my little boy and ways to get involved in ahomeschooling co-op. I am a christian mom and would love to meet/talk to other christin homeschooling mommies!

Hello! I'm mother to two boys, 4 and 7 yrs. We homeschool, but don't go by a cirriculum. We're the only ones among our families who homeschool. The questions and subtle bullying have settled down now. A homeschooling family happens to live next door, so that is great for my ego and wonderful for the boys too.

This year my oldest would officially begin first grade, if he was in pub school. We'll be getting a little more formal this year with learning math and reading.

Margaret,

Here is a website that talks about homeschooling for and exceptional child.

Homeschool support group I participate in is:

kidcultivatorsatlhomeschool.ning.com/

You can look around and see what's there for you. It's very supportive and resourceful.
