Oh I'm so in. We are our children's advocates...we must protect right?! My 9.5 year old is going into 5th grade and the girls will get cattier and cattier and the cliques will abound, I will have my radar out so she doesn't get hurt emotionally.

Also my son has attended speech therapy in school for 2 years. Entering 2nd grade I must admit i've seen and heard kids with worse impediments...but I fear the teasing. His uncles tease him about his lisp and so far it's been in a loving, funny way, but honestly I don't want it to affect his self-esteem!

Great group idea Ann!
