Hi! My name is Joy. I started this group for moms who work in the real estate industry or have a passion for real estate investing. I am a DIY property management type. My husband and I own several rental properties and I blog about every few minutes of our experiences at www.thevirginlandlord.com.

My blog is also a resource for new landlords to learn the ins and outs of property management. So welcome! Realtors, lendors, investors, property managers etc! I hope you will join the group and open up some discussions so that we can all network and learn from eachother!
