Hello - I'm a UK mum of four, my eldest has Aspergers, my youngest has Costello Syndrome and Intestinal failure, she is TPN dependent and life limited. Life is truly a rollercoaster in our house!  My blog is www.suburbansuperwoman.blogspot.com

How do you cope when you are at the end of your rope with your kids? I wrote a post this morning called "How Not To Hurt Your Kids".It's something I think we should all be talking with each other about. When make mistakes, how do we do better the next time? I have some ideas. Please feel free to leave your idea or ideas in the comments!

Still waiting, but something awesome happened recently. Not a big deal for parents of typically developing kiddos. But for us, it's huge :) You can read about it here...http://www.theadventuresofthefamilypants.com/1/post/2011/10/this-ma...

If any of you think your child would enjoy a simple, short time-travel adventure e-book,  in easy to open and read PDF, I have just the thing FREE.

I put characters from my 3 latest books into a fun adventure. Two of them must help Taconi and Claude find their way back to the Aussie outback of the 1950s - where they come from.

Just e-mail me < mfinke@frontier.com >
and this FREE fun story is yours to enjoy.

Jen, you have been doubly blessed.  My research shows that Downs children are especially loving and gentle.  I hope you can connect here with others who have Downs kids, and share the joys, problems and solutions.  Hugs to both your little darlings.
