Home maintenance tasks are few people’s idea of a good time, but tending to them at the appropriate times is vital to making sure your home stands for as long as possible. Here is a brief list of some of the maintenance tasks you need to get in the habit of doing now – before it is too late.

On average how much do you think you might throw out in a week of your fruits and veggies? * If you do not, That is awesome- your family is rockin'

 

BUT, on average we have found, that most families mean to do well and eat healthy weekly... though many of us throw out on average about $30-60 a weekly of our fruits and veggies. Isn't that crazy, but sadly true. There is no wrong or right in this, its just life happens and tend to forget. (This is $100's of dollars wasted/ thrown out monthly- Would you like to stop this craziness? I can share with you how- Just ASK ME)

 

With education and tips- we can all learn and make progress to not doing that. In my classes and parties I teach others tips on how to make our fruits and veggies more visual to ourselves and our family. I also share with you others, the fabulous Fridgesmart system we have in tupperware that helps you stretch the life of your fruits and veggies 2-3 weeks longer, and sometimes 4 weeks longer. This is a proven systems, personally and by many of my customers- that they truely work when you use them, by investing in your families future and health.

 

 

MOM*2*MOM TIP: Take your fruits and veggies out your crisper and instead put them on your shelves in a container (suggested: fridgesmart container/ system) then put what you normally would put on your shelf, like: butter, sour cream, cottage cheese, bread, additional condiments in your crisper drawer instead! YOUR FAMILY WILL THEN SEE THE "FRESH" FRUITS AND VEGGIES, AND WILL USE THEM IN MEALS AND EAT THEM MORE.

 

MOM*2*MOM TIP: When you cut, chop, dice, or prepare maybe your fruits or veggies BEFORE and put them on a tray or in a container, more then likely your children will eat them instead of chips etc. Also this step, will save you time when your children want a snack after school, etc. You will have done this prior so they just need to grab some and eat it! Moms love this tip! And so will your kids
