So here's a question for all Tweeting Moms... I tweet about a lot of different things, personal, business, interests. Etc. I just read this great article about being "useful" for your followers. So does it make sense to have a personal and then separate work Twitter account so that you are "tweeting" to a specific audience? I mean, the people who follow me for marketing advice don't care about How to Give Your Baby a Bath!
