Hi All! I'm new and just wanted to introduce myself. I had my babies when I was nearly 42 and 45. They are now 7 and 4. I'm really delighted to have found this group and look forward to getting to know you all better. I feel that over 40 moms can really benefit from peer group support and often feel isolated. I'm not clear on site etiquette, so if I cross any boundaries, please let me know!

Hello everyone! I am a mother over 40 with three wonderful girls 15, 11, 06! I am a SAHM who can never quite fit everything I need to get done in one day!
They keep us busy with all the activities, school, church and sports! With kids who needs exercise? Right?
