Turning 49, perimenopause hit with a foggy brain and heavy mood shifts--not easy with a 4 year old running an all day inquistion on the mechanics of every object in the house. I interviewed Midlife Coach, Ellen Besso for some advice: Main site:

Hi there everyone - I am a 46 year old first time SAHM to a 3 year old little girl and just started blogging a week ago. Which is how I came across Mom Bloggers Club and the Moms over 40 group. My blog is intended to be a fun way for me to vent about Motherhood in which from time to time I will cover my views and experiences of being an older new Mom e.g. my blog on Fertility Fallout, but mostly I just want to have some fun and meet other like minded Moms. You can find me at If you have the time to take a look I would really appreciate it.
