Elisa, just make yourself healthier. That's all we need to do.
Just keep moving, challenge ourselves, and make the right choices with the food we keep in our homes.
I saw something on the Today show which has helped me.
For breakfast I have cereal and I eat the suggested serving. (Usually 3/4 cup to 1 cup) It's not difficult actually.
This has gotten me into the habit of doing that with anything else I eat. (Well, if it came from some kind of packaging.)
Does anyone else have ideas to share?

Hello ladies!

I'm participating in a 30-Day Challenge at Domestic Diva's blog. We are leaving on our vacation in less than a month and although I won't be anywheer near bikini shape (how can you at over 200 lbs), I like to think I could maybe lose a few pounds and a few inches.

I'm happy to join.
I don't have a toddler at home any more, but encouraging yourself to move is a challenge no matter how old your kids are, right?
I finally got myself in gear when I saw myself in our Christmas photos. Yikes! (Do you remember that commercial where the mom, in her red robe, is bending over by the Christmas tree and her young daughter sees her behind and says "Santa!". Yep. That was me. And it has to go away.)
I've been working on it since January!

Hi! Elisa here - I'm working on losing my baby weight... well, more like toddler weight, really - and then some! Let's discuss things like: eating regular, well balanced meals while taking care of young kids, making time for exercise, or just a home-pedicure, with a toddler at home! I'm sure we can all relate :-)
