Tina, I have two terrific reviews of my book Taconi and Claude - Double Trouble - a mid-grade adventure for boys and tomboys.  It is set on a cattle station in the Aussie outback.  I would love to share them on your site.

Jenny, your book sounds like an inspirational.  Love the cover as well.  Best of luck with it.  Was it hard to self publish?  Was it expensive to illustrate and have edited?

So many are self publishing today it must be working for them. I am sure that a few  background details would be appreciated by many of us trying to make up our minds to jump in and try it.

Christine, thanks for the kind words.

Choosing the right book for your niece could be tricky.  Look for plots that fit her interests.  Is she into sports, music, the outdoors?  Is she a "girly" girl or a tomboy?

If she's a tomboy, my Aussie adventure, "Taconi and Claude" might work for her.
