I keep seeing people with buttons and it tells you to grab it. What do I do with other peoples buttons?

I think it's to display to show that you like their site.
I wondered the same thing. I believe I'm fixing to find out by grabbing one. Maybe then I'll know. Hopefully, it can't hurt...
I see some people have them as links on their blogs (so you can click on each one to go to the different blogs). I have a list on my blog is the ones I follow but the using their buttons would be neater. Not sure how I do it though.
Kati, I just created my blog button. It wasn't hard once I finally got the wall in my brain down! lol It probably took me way too much time!

If you want someone's button, I think you copy their link below their button. On your layout, you "add a gadget" and add the code you copied.

How do I get my own button for my blog?

You have to make one and then code it so you can post it on your page for others to get.  Google it how to make a button there is a lot of posts out there telling you how to get it I just got done doing mine not to long ago
