Have any of you ladies ever done anything when you first started out that was wrong? I've completely apologized and done what she told me to, and now I'm being called ignorant and a thief. I really didn't mean to do any wrong, and I feel terrible about it once I'd found out. What should I do?

Looking back, there's no reason why they should have been upset - I was giving them free advertising. I apologized. I fixed it. Now I'm just moving on!
I once used a photo that I linked to on another person's site. They were not happy because by linking I was using up their bandwith. Now I email the people and ask them to send me a picture that I can use to blog about their company.
