Hi! My family just recently made the decision to go "natural", not just organic. We are now buying NO prepackaged foods what-so-ever.
It is much easier than I imagined. :)

It's easier to buy green these days but harder to dig through the conflicting information - don't you think? Even if it says "natural" - since that means very little, you still might be buying something with undesirable ingredients.

That's the good and bad of the explosion of so called green products!

My family eats and uses organic products as much as possible. I was very ill a couple of years ago and it made me realise all the awful things we use/eat/put on ourselves.
