What in the world is a PALOOZA? In simple terms, it's an all-out crazy blog-hopping party with a ton of people 'scoopin-up' prizes like there's no tomorrow...

If you're looking to expand your followers, readers and blogging friends, participating in a well-organized hop will do that for you. Hundreds, if not thousands, of new visitors will check in during the hop-days to sign up for your giveaway. Some will only be there for the giveaway, but MANY WILL RETURN, and some will become loyal followers for years to come.

Why not register your bog early and win some of the prizes that will be offered to participating blogs before the general hop begins on September 16th. Full Details Here

This group caught my attention today, as it goes along with a post I made this morning. The post I wrote this morning is titled "Sustainable or Organic ~ Which is Healthier?" I would love to get some feedback from this group. The article is more about the practices of farming, and I would love to hear what you ladies think after reading the article.

I'm also looking forward to getting to know many of you here, and together working to bring a healthier way of living to the general public.
