For 2018, Make Finding the Right Activities for Your Kids Your New Year’s Resolution

New year, new you, new activities for your kids.  Is this is the year that Sam wants to learn to play the violin? Or Suzie wants to take up dancing? Or you need to find John a new lacrosse camp? It can be tough navigating all the options for classes, programs and camps.  In 2018, let other moms…

What criteria are you using when rating another person's blog? We all have different ideas and opinions. I might like a particular blog and something on that blog might turn you totally off. I think to keep things safe, legitimate, and on the same scale there should be a brief rating/scoring sheet.

For instance,
Does the title catch you eye?
Is the main page too cluttered?
After reading several posts, do you like their way of writing?
Do you like to see a lot of reviews on a mom blog?
Are the colors too distracting?

What criteria do you use?

I'll be happy to type of a rating sheet if everyone helps submit ideas and criteria.

THe very first thing that I notice when I go to a blog is the layout/design/colors. If the blog is hard to read/navigate or is particularly ugly I'm more than likely to leave.

Next, the first thing I glance over is the first post and the about me a section. I like to see who the writer is and get a feel for them.

I personally don't like reviews- I don't ever read them. I won't do a review on my blog unless I do a giveaway as well, because that's not what I want my blog to be about.

HTH! :)
