I am opening myself to critique, so please let me have it. I want to know what you think about the layout, the posts themselves, the pictures, the topics, the colors, anything you want to say about it, just let me have it.

Hi Mandi,
I like your header, so cute! The font underneath it is a littl hard to read, but I figured it out. :)

I personally don't like the "read more." That might just be me though, I know a lot of blogs use them. I like to see everything on page and scroll down. or, maybe you could have categories for your post or something? I like the general layout of it though, the ads on the side look great too!
I really like the layout, very clean and easy to read. I also like how you've separated the Savings & Everyday Life sections. I would like to see the date/time posted info in the savings posts on the front page though, so I have a better idea of when those deals are from.It would also be nice if I could subscribe to just the deals posts.

I think the right sidebar looks good. I would grab your button for my site, but your button is a lot bigger than my sidebar. The rest of the buttons I have are more like the size of the ads in your Project Wonderful ad banner. So you might want to consider a smaller-size button to make it easier to fit into sites with different layouts.

I think the only other thing I can think of to say is to figure out what distinguishes your site from all the other blog deal/coupon sites, and highlight that. There are so many deal & coupon blogs and it would be good to define a niche and really own it.
I have added a timestamp (yay! great idea, Susan!!)

I will look into the subscription idea for just the deals/coupons and will post again when that is up.
Hi Mandi, cute layout, I agree with Sammantha about the read more option I'd like to see the whole story at once & not have to search for it! XOXO
