Hi there!
Checked out your blog. I like it. I like that your tone is friendly and conversational. I like that there is lots of stuff to look at (like all the links at the top). I like the pictures.

Some suggestions:
It looks a little cluttered with all the sidebars and the content in the middle. You might want content on 2/3 or more of the page, all on one side, and the buttons on the other. Feels more like a "traditional magazine layout," not urgent, but something to consider.

Remember to follow up - you wrote a post about only being halfway through an online exam, and accidentally closing the browser window... you e-mailed your professor... then what?? Were you able to re-take? Did you pass?

Watch your grammar/punctuation. You are using the apostrophe incorrectly. "What are you mommas up to?" -->plural, so no apostrophe. "Where is your momma's laptop?" -->Posessive (laptop belongs to the momma), so you use an apostrophe. So "Talkative Thursdays" (NO apostrophe) "Follow as many blogs as you want." (NO apostrophe).
Also, "some of you may of saw," should be, "some of you may have seen." If you want to have it sound more like the way you speak, you could go with, "Some of you may've seen."

Allow your new followers to get "in the loop." What is the 30 Day Challenge? I'd have to go back into your posts to understand... a quick paragraph at the beginning could let me know what it is about, and could offer links to your past 30 day challenge posts, which would also encourage me to go look further in your blog. : )
