Guidelines to Success

*ALERT* As this group is about rating blogs, please DO NOT post giveaway links. Instead post them in giveaway groups such as Contests and Giveaways Galore and Submit Your Giveaway. We want to keep groups topical. Thank you for your cooperation. -- Jennifer James, Founder, Mom Bloggers Club.

The RateMyBlog group was created to provide mom bloggers with a positive and encouraging platform to connect with other moms and get advice to improve their blogs. We want moms to feel welcome and safe here, without being subject to personal attacks or disrespectful behavior. These guidelines are intended to make RateMyBlog a safe place to get your blog honestly reviewed.
Failure to follow these guidelines can result in you getting kicked out of the group.
Bloggers:

Create a new thread in the discussion forum with your blog's name in the title bar and the link to your blog in the body of the message.
Also note any specific features or issues you would like reviewed.
Only one blog per thread. If you want a different blog reviewed, simply start a new thread for that specific site.

Reviewers

We ask that you provide an honest opinion, but please remember keep your criticism constructive.
Take note of your first impressions of the blog’s look and feel, quality of content, usability, personality, and informativeness.
Provide your review by replying to the thread originally submitted by the blog.
Please refrain from posting derogatory comments.

Comment by Chris on July 6, 2008 at 11:46am: Thank you to all the comments... I am seriously concidering redoing the blog. I only know blogger. I feel like I am at the mercy of the available templates. I don't know the code and am too cheap to buy it from someone. The down loads out there are difficult. You have to tweak and personize them to fit your stuff. So, yesterday I investigated word press. It has a few more features that I really like. So I need to learn me some code. So today I am gonna relax and re visit my notes tomorrow. Thank you again. Christina
