I'm reading Born to Run by Christopher McGougall. Totally loving it! I feel so pitiful when I get tired after 5 miles, although I do have a double BOB, occasionally cranky babies, a dog and I'm running in Asics.
I thought we could discuss it... Anyone else read it?
Haven't read the book, but just a thought on the running...have you tried mixing it up with other cardio plus leg strengthening exercises? I found once I threw in some HIIT or interval training where I worked on really cranking up my heart rate it really helped my endurance on my running. TurboFire has some great HIIT!!! www.BakoFit.com

I do Baby Boot Camp and Stroller Strides which both do intervals, it totally helps. I'm training for a 10k, and just can't seem to get motivated.
You should totally read the book. Its AMAZING and totally motivating... well some what...
