I've been running so much lately and am up to at my very best 8 seven and a half minute miles on a good day...after having four kids it was tough to start up again but going well now that my youngest is in preschool and I have a little life back.  Must be easier to go for a run in the warmth than here in the slushy snow where I am bound by the treadmill...also looking for followers for my blog about nutrition especially organic farm fresh foods for families...  any followers appreciated nutrimommy

I just ran 10 miles in the slush and snow because if I ran one more mile on the treadmill, I knew I wouldn't survive it! I live in Minnesota and it is finally 25 degrees!
I don't envy you! I'm in Northern CA and I have been able to run outside all winter. I go at 6 a.m. before my family wakes up and lately its been in the mid 40's. Would love to check out your blog! Mine is http://hungrigyrl.blogspot.com. Have a great week!

You have some great recipes on your site!  Does your family enjoy most of them?  My kids end up eating a lot more of what i make then my husband sometimes ;)  Unless of course it is too green!

I have the luxury of running outside most of the year, but I also mix it up with some great DVD workouts like Insanity and TurboFire.  I love how they increase my endurance!!!  www.bakofit.com

Have a great week,

Thanks for checking out my blog...I want to try insanity. I have dabbled in cross fit but love to spin, ride bikes outside and run outside...you are lucky to live in a better climate than I.
