Hi Melissa,
I just started using Runkeeper today because it has an iPhone app that tracks your run and logs it while you run - very cool, like the Nike tracker except free (their is also a paid version). I noticed alot of people use Map My Run, but I think you have to plot the run online afterwards.

Thanks for the info about the mile tracker widget. I bet knowing that it will be posted on your blog is a great way to get yourself out to run even on days when you don't feel like it. On the way to check it out now. Thanks.
