I just joined this website and was hoping that there might be a running mommy section. Hooray, I found it. Fantastic.
I run 4 times a week.. 3 mid week runs 3-4 miles and one long run on a Sunday - 6-10. I am training for a half marathon in July. OMG - that's just 4 weeks away now. Seriously, my left knee is aching. I do wear a support on it. Does anyone know why this could be? I have skinny knees - not sexy- and wonder if it is because my knees are small.

I wanted to put together a list of basics. My must have items when it comes to running. In later posts I will go into more details, but this is just a quick list. I will be discussing how to choose the best running shoes for you, the difference between cotton clothes and dri-fit, and many more running accessories that makes your runs more enjoyable!

I DID IT!!!! Not my full 10km, but I thought that walking 7km the other day was AWESOME! My pup, Maggie sure enjoyed the exersice!!!!

my off day turned into a yoga day. Tomorrow is core class and some light cardio. Sat is the 5k! Got my tech shirt and packet yesterday. Had to go back and exchange my medium shirt for a small. That felt nice :)

I'm new to mombloggersclub and saw this group right away. I have been running since high school and recently have been sidetracked by injury and illness. I keep trying to get back in the grove and now we are moving in a month. But I am determined to get back and hit the pavement - running!
