Anyone complete their 100 push-up challenge? I had to stop my work outs for a while (with only 1 training session to go before attempting the 100.. grrr) because of a strained abdominal wall, but I plan to start back up again soon... slowly... (shh... don't tell my husband).

Running Must Have- Haute Lunch Chic Cooler!
So as many Mom's know... running with a toddler warrants lots of preparation and snacks! I came across this Haute Lunch Cooler that not only is chic, girly, and functional... but its a good size cooler that fits in my jogger perfectly! I love how this cooler looks like a purse. When I go out for my runs I use it as a cooler and purse all in one.

YAY! First run in ages this morning (still enjoying my night off from the wee man). It was awesome. Little FM radio hubby bought from the 99 cent store helped quite a bit. Although out of desperation for a signal (we live amongst some hills), I settled for some weird music. Shania Twain, Judas Priest, Mexican Ballads... you get the idea. Oh well. I got through it and I'm happy! I think the push-ups/sit-ups/squats strength training is helping my running.

p.s. I nursed , trained for, and ran my first marathon. With proper nutrition and hydration, nursing doesn't and shouldn't affect your training!
