My advice to Angel and the stroller issue was:

Great job for getting out there so early! My advice with the stroller... She is very young. Keep at it. she will get used to it. Once she is old enough always be prepared. We always go on our run with his blanket, binkie, a sippy cup, and snack. he's a happy camper. Which makes my runs WAY less stressful. Keep us updated :)

I am ready to run, my baby is 7 weeks now and hates the stroller/movement.....any help would be appreciated as I am ready to get back out there!

I posted earlier about a smoothie challenge I'm doing with a friend, and it's going well. I'm going to start a new challenge for anyone who runs, or likes to run. It's going to be very informal, I'm going to post the details today, but let me know if you think you would like to join us!

I'm doing a 1/2 marathon on 9/13, my first. My longest race has been a 15K. I think I'm going to keep training like I have for the 15k - 2 to 3 meduim runs, with a looong run on the weekend. Also make sure you get your stretching in to avoid injury.
