I need to get back in the swing of exercising regularly! It's been awhile... but I just started the butt kicking that is Tracy Anderson's post partum wkout. Phew!

I just recently started running, as in 3 days ago. I have really back lower back pain, and since I started running (more like light jogging) my back seems to be worse. I think I'm going to continue with my Pilates and maybe speed walking until I can get up to running again. I do love running though!!!!
